Join us in support of Make-a-Wish Northern Alberta, and help make an impact on the city of Edmonton. We are hosting a dinner/silent auction to gain awareness and to raise money for an amazing local charity. The evening will consist of a four-course dining experience at The Melting Pot and all proceeds will go towards Make-a-Wish Northern Alberta.
The mission of Make-A-Wish® is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy
The menu for this evening will consist of four courses.
First course
Spinach and Artichoke Cheese: Fontina and Butterkäse cheeses, spinach, artichoke hearts and garlic. Quattro Formaggio: Fontina and Butterkäse cheeses, roasted galric, basil and tomato pestos, fresh mozzarella, and parmesan
Second Course
California Salad: mixed baby salad greens, Roma tomatos, candied pecans, and Gorgonzola cheese with Raspberry Black Walnuit Vinegrette.
Third Course
Traditional Entree: A medley of premium beef, poultry, seafood, and pasta items for your enjoyment. Each entrée includes seasonal vegetables and signature dipping sauces, and is served with our complimentary seasoned Court Bouillon cooking style.
Fourth Course
Dark Chocolate Fondue with a dollop of marshmallow fluff topped with a Make-A-Wish milk chocolate star and mini eggs!
